Short answer: Most StreamElevate orders start within minutes of payment and most are complete within a few hours. Almost all finish within one to two working days, because larger orders are paced on purpose so your growth looks natural. Live and Premiere products are different: they are delivered during the stream itself, for roughly 30 minutes.
Delivery time depends on three things: how big the order is, what kind of service it is and whether your link stays public. This guide sets out what to expect at each stage, what can slow things down and what happens if an order doesn’t arrive. For the ordering steps themselves, see how it works.
When will my order start?
For most services, delivery begins within minutes of a successful payment. You don’t need to do anything to trigger it: there is nothing to install and no login to share, because only the public link you entered is used.
“Started” means the first followers, likes or views are on their way. It doesn’t always mean your counter jumps at once. Platforms update public numbers on their own schedule. YouTube, for example, says metrics on a new video can take a few hours to appear, and that counts may seem stuck while it confirms engagement. A short lag between delivery starting and your number moving is normal.
How long does it take to complete?
Completion time mostly reflects the size of the order. The table gives the typical pattern.
| Order type | Typical start | Typical completion | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Smaller orders of followers, likes or views | Within minutes | Within a few hours | The most common case |
| Larger orders | Within minutes | Paced; almost all within one to two working days | Spread out deliberately so growth looks natural |
| Live stream viewers and Premiere views | When the stream is running | About 30 minutes during the stream | No refill, because the stream ends |
If you are planning around a launch, a release or a campaign, order early enough that a paced delivery can finish before the day that matters.
Why are larger orders delivered more slowly?
Speed is not the goal for big orders. Thousands of new followers in an hour is the kind of spike visitors, brands and platforms notice, and a profile that grows steadily looks far more like one that earned its audience. That is why larger orders are paced over hours or days rather than pushed through at once. Our guide to drip-feed delivery explains how pacing works for different services and when fast delivery makes sense.
What can slow delivery down?
Most delays come from the link rather than the service. The common causes are:
- A private profile. Delivery can’t reach a private account or post, so it pauses or fails. Your profile needs to stay public for the whole delivery.
- The wrong link. A typo, a link to the wrong post or a profile link when a post link was needed will send delivery to the wrong place. Our guide to which link to use shows the right one for each platform.
- A changed username. Changing your handle after ordering breaks the link you entered.
- A deleted or archived post. If the content no longer exists publicly, there is nothing to deliver to.
- Platform counter delays. Sometimes delivery is running but the public number is catching up.

What happens if nothing arrives?
If nothing has been delivered after seven days, you can choose free re-delivery or a full refund. If only part of an order arrives, you are entitled to a proportional refund, and if the wrong service was delivered we will refund or correct it. A few points to keep in mind:
- Requests need to be made within seven days of the expected delivery date.
- Support replies within 24 hours, and refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Orders aren’t refundable if a wrong link was entered once delivery had started, or if the profile was made private or deleted during delivery.
The full terms are in our refund policy. Support is available around the clock by email and WhatsApp through the contact page.
How do you get the smoothest delivery?
- Copy the link from the app’s share option or your browser, rather than typing it.
- Check that the profile or post is public before you pay, and leave it that way until delivery finishes.
- Don’t change your username or delete the post while an order is running.
- Place one order per link. Each order is delivered to a single profile or post, so several posts need separate orders.
- Time live orders around your stream. Products such as Twitch live viewers are delivered while you are live, so be streaming when delivery is due.
Frequently asked questions
Why has my order started but my follower count isn’t moving?
Public counters don’t always update in real time. Platforms check new activity before it settles, so numbers can lag behind delivery. Give it a few hours before assuming there is a problem.
Is slow delivery a bad sign?
Not for larger orders. Pacing is deliberate, because steady growth looks natural and draws less attention than a sudden spike. Most smaller orders are finished within hours.
Do I need to stay online while my order is delivered?
No. You don’t log in or install anything, and you can use your account as normal. The only things to avoid are making the profile private, deleting the post or changing your username until delivery is complete. Live products are the exception, because they need an active stream.
What should I do if I entered the wrong link?
Contact support with your order number as soon as you notice. Once delivery has started to a wrong link it can’t be recalled, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.
